I had a problem with my gum between two teeth for a long time which worsened during the first lockdown. I was struggling to find an appointment.
Luckily I was seen by Zeinab and she offered to treat me under "My Options". It was a long process, because I needed two microscopic root canal treatment, which was performed elsewhere, but I returned here to put the crowns on.
I am very greatful for the care and services I received during this changing times, in and out of lockdowns.

Zeinab and Rhianna have both been absolutely amazing, I am a nervous patient with a number of problems but Zeinab has set me out a clear treatment plan to get me sorted. Zeinab explains absolutely everything clearly, what she needs to do and why. They are both extremely kind and patient and non judgmental and will put you at ease from the get go. Everyone I have met at the surgery has been lovely, and everything from start to finish has been easy. Would highly recommend.
Just completed my 4th appointment at Epsom Smiles, and my final surgical visit. Having top and bottom dentures fitted once my gums have healed properly . Excellent treatment from Zenaib and her assistant. Would not hesitate to recommend this surgery. Friendly and Professional and service .
As a very nervous patient Epsom Smiles is a lovely practice to go to. All the staff are consistent in their approach and knowledgeable in what they do. Rhianna has been my nurse for 80% of my appointments, she is so caring, completely non judgemental and has a lovely manner. Zeinab is a new dentist for me and she too is very consistent, fiercely honest yet understanding at the same time.
My only query is there seems to be a high dentist turnover, I have seen 3 dentists over the time I have been there. Zeinab is the most thorough however and gives lots of information.
I am officially classed as a nervous patient and have walked out of my last 2 appointments. I can say this was the best experience I have ever had a dentist. The injections were painless and they genuinely cared about making you comfortable.
Zeinab even gave me an enhanced treatment for free.
Connie was tentative and a great Nurse.
I have said to dentists before "ill be back." Knowing full well I will never return! This time I will!

I've just finished a 6 month 'Active Aligner' process with Zeinab & her team. All was great - highly recommend. My teeth were a big mess going into it so I was slightly doubtful but the end result is excellent, really pleased. Each time you change the aligner it aches for a day or 2 but don't let that put you off - very easy process. Thanks 🙂

If you hate dentists i highly recommend this place, i did as well. But I went in for a free consultation cause my gums were bleeding, thats when i met one of the biggest blessings of my life, Dr. Z, she recommended or actually ordered me to have urgent cleaning as i had a very severe infection in the gums, she also recommended i get veneers i explained to her how i don’t want shark teeth underneath and she told me how she does veneers without teeth shaving.
If i ever made a right decision in life, this is it. The whole process was fun, quick, efficient, despite my tardiness and me being a big baby when it came to injections, this doctor has genuinely changed my life without even knowing it. I just realized how much i pulled back my smile.
